Good morning, Jane
Don't know if you still check here, but thought you'd like to know that today I received a post from you from last November, just before you stopped blogging. I raced over to your site, and, sure enough, no new posts. I'm wondering if somehow you've been hacked.
Hope you and your family are well! blessings, k

Found this recipe via a google search. I had spent all morning making mini-quiches for my church. With the cream cheese based crust, they are delicious but very time consuming. I need a better way to make large quantities. So I found your recipe for a crustless quiche and I had all the ingredients (including the penzy's dried peppers believe it or not). They turned out delicious and I will use the recipe again and again. One little tweak that I found helped. I put a pinch of shredded cheese in the bottom of each mini-muffin tin before putting the quiche ingredients in and it created a slightly more substantial base than without the cheese. Thanks again and God bless!

This salad was a hit again at Reilly and Katie's shower! It also was one of the cheaper salads to make as I took a glance at the expense sheet for some of the other salads. No matter it was one of the healthiest choices there!

Nice to hear from you Carmen! I am sorry about your diet restrictions, however there are so many blogs that will encourage you in eating within your limits! The more I read about plant based diets, the more I am convinced that is a healthy route to go...although I am not quite there yet! I am flirting with it though with good success!

Jane: My mom just told me you had this site and I love it! I've been put on a restricted diet of no wheat, eggs or dairy so it really limits my options for breakfast! I found this quinoa recipe and it made my day! I'm trying it tomorrow.
Thanks for sharing :)
