Simplicity Saturday

Very seldom do we indulge in sugar-laden desserts. Even though I love to cook, desserts are my least favorite foods to prepare. I think because a person needs to be very exact when baking desserts, and I am NOT an exact recipe follower. I prefer to dump a little of this and that and tweak a little here and there. So I am starting a new blog tradition of Simplicity Saturday! I will post a super simple yet nutritious dish that you can prepare in just minutes…no long lengthy recipes and tireless directions to follow.
